XELOS is characterized by its flexible support of automation processes. Our workflows module plays a central role here. With the new version in XELOS 11, this has also been improved in many areas and is now easier to use. With a new, integrated workflow designer, even complicated workflows can be created in seconds and statuses and transitions can be designed. All you then need to do is configure the desired actions and the new workflow is ready for use.

A central task of new corporate intranets is to enable and simplify interactive processes with employees. There are many different examples of this: Surveys, forms, work instructions with read receipts, audits, orders and the automation and evaluation of these options. Forms

Use our form editor to map frequently used processes and workflows, such as orders, applications or surveys. Thanks to extensive form fields such as checkboxes, drop-down and text fields, file attachments and much more, each form can be customized to your needs and, if desired, can also be underlaid with the corresponding workflow.
