Always up to date

The activity history presents you with a chronological list of the latest events on your intranet. Who last created which post, who is currently working on which task, are there any new documents? The activity history shows you all this and much more. Just like you know it from other social networks.

Status messages

In the activity history, you can easily publish status messages in the form of microblogging. Simply click in the "Your status message" field, write your text and add documents and file attachments as required. If you post your status message under "Personal", it will be displayed to all users who follow you. Alternatively, you can also post your status message directly to one of your groups.

Comments

Comment on other users' posts and interact directly below the respective post, also with file attachments if you wish. Older posts are automatically displayed at the top of the activity history as soon as there are new comments.

Social interactions

Mark particularly useful or interesting posts directly in the activity history with "Like". Colleagues or entire groups can be mentioned in comments via @mentions so that they are directly referred to relevant topics or documents.

Follow content

Follow other employees or documents and never miss any more news! For each post in the activity history, you have access to the extended document actions via the 3-dot symbol. Follow a post or the respective user, share the article, create a task for it, hide activities of the respective module or much more!
