Personal, company or group calendars

The calendar module can be used in many different ways in XELOS: for example as a personal calendar, group calendar or company-wide calendar. With our uncluttered design, no appointment is ever lost. Simply switch between the different views such as daily, weekly and monthly view.

Create appointments

Appointments, events and deadlines can be easily created with the calendar function. Set the date, time and location and add the required participants. Internal users receive a notification directly in the system, while external users can simply be invited by e-mail. Self-registration is also possible if desired.

Calendar exports

If you wish, you can easily export your appointments to Outlook or other such applications.

Scheduling coordination

With the integrated appointment scheduling function, you can quickly find the best possible appointment with colleagues and external parties. Simply add the required participants and let them vote directly for their preferred dates. The appointment with the most votes can then be easily scheduled.

At first glance

Depending on your personal preferences, you can also display your colleagues' birthdays, task deadlines from the task module, events from the event planner, absences from the HRM module or your colleagues' approved appointments in your calendar, for example. Simply subscribe to the relevant calendar.

Trust is good, certified quality is better.
