Team documents

Documents can be stored and managed centrally in the DMS so that all team members have access to the latest version at all times and can work on documents together. Automatic versioning means that changes can be tracked at any time and multiple versions can be compared with each other.

Easy file sharing

Simply drag and drop documents into your group to make them available to all colleagues and partners. This means that everyone always has the latest version at hand. Or share documents quickly and easily with a public link.

MS-Office Integration

Thanks to our Microsoft 365 integration, files can be edited even more easily, regardless of the end device or a local Microsoft Office installation. Work on Word documents, PowerPoint presentations or Excel spreadsheets as a team at the same time using the co-authoring function of Microsoft Office Online.

Document types and content

 

In addition to adding existing documents via drag & drop, documents can also be created directly in the DMS. For example, you can choose from different document types such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, a simple note or even a survey (trend vote), which can be anchored directly in the DMS.

 

Document Preview

The integrated preview allows you to view images, videos, PDFs and other documents directly. Functions such as zoom, pan and rotate support flexible viewing. Comments and document details can be viewed directly, and extensive content can be searched efficiently without page limits.

Folder structure and rights management

The folder structure can be freely managed and nested as required. Rights can also be assigned to individual folders in the DMS so that access rights can be controlled precisely at any time. The view of the respective document folder can be adapted to your needs with just one click. Choose between a standard list view, a thumbnail view or a photo album view, which is particularly suitable for images.

Metadata-Support

Extended support for metadata facilitates structured organisation and quick retrieval of your content. Individually configurable metadata fields allow specific information to be stored directly in the document – tailored to your company's requirements. The result: a more precise search function, extended filter options and a scalable knowledge structure that keeps pace with your growth.
