Public or closed groups
Depending on requirements, both open and closed groups can be configured in XELOS. Public groups are particularly suitable for general, non-sensitive content for a wide range of users. Closed groups on the other hand are private groups with non-public access. This means you can only allow authorized persons access to certain data and content.
Groups can be created very easily with just a few clicks, without any programming effort. This means that virtual teams can be formed quickly, regardless of the location or end device of the respective user.
Easily create group spaces
For a new project, simply search for employees, teams or departments with the required expertise and add them to a new project team.
