Smart search agent
If you wish, you can also save your search term in the search agent. The system will then automatically notify you each time there are new search results for the term you have searched for.
Search
XELOS provides a context-sensitive full-text search function that can be used to find information, documents and articles quickly and specifically. The search function also supports the integration of Elasticsearch. Advanced functions such as filtering by author, document type or other criteria as well as the configurable weighting of search results (in XELOS PRO) are also available and enable precise and efficient searches.
Clear search results
After entering a search term in the search field, XELOS lists the results clearly and sorted by relevance and modification date. If you are within a project group, for example, the results from this area are prioritised first, followed by hits from other areas. Only the content for which the person in question has the necessary access rights is displayed. You also receive context-related information on the search results, such as the modification date, assigned tags and the associated group.
Wide range of filter options
On the search results page, you can use numerous filter options to refine your search. For example, content can be filtered by author, group, date of last modification, language, document type, most viewed posts, posts with the most "likes" and other criteria. The available filters can be customised as required and adapted to the respective requirements.
