If required, you can also save your search term in the search agent. The system will then automatically notify you each time there are new search results for the term you saved.

XELOS offers you a context-sensitive full-text search to find the desired information, documents and articles at the touch of a button. The XELOS search also supports Elasticsearch. Advanced functions such as content filtering, e.g. by author, document type, etc. and the adjustable weighting of search results (in XELOS PRO) are also supported.

After entering the search term in the search window, XELOS lists the results clearly and sorted by relevance for you. For example, if you are currently within a project group, the results from this group are displayed first and then the results from other areas. Of course, each user only sees the search results for which they have the necessary rights.
Wide range of
filtering options
On the search results page, you also have a number of filter options to refine your search. For example, you can filter by author, group, date of last change, language, document type, most viewed posts, posts with the most likes and much more. The filter options can of course also be customized.
